1. Ticket Delivery (Shipping Policy)
- All tickets are delivered digitally via:
- WhatsApp (if applicable)
- No physical tickets will be shipped.
- Customers are required to show their digital ticket or booking confirmation at the entry gate.
2. No Return Policy
- Once tickets are booked, they are non-returnable.
- We do not accept cancellations or returns for any confirmed bookings.
3. Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Park closure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, maintenance, government restrictions)
- In such cases, customers may be offered:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A partial/full refund at management’s discretion
4. Rescheduling
- Date changes may be allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by management.
5. Entry & Usage
- Entry charges:
- Adults: ₹700
- Children: ₹500
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date.
- Once scanned at entry, the ticket is considered used and cannot be reused.
